I was also in the café 27th November when there was a sudden rush of people, the lady behind the counter was trying to serve everyone and was obviously on her own. I just waited until I was served and had no problem waiting as she was trying to get the people served as quickly as possible.

I visited the coffee shop today, ordering drinks and 2 toasted sandwiches. The cafe was empty but suddenly had an influx of around 18 people (most ordering individually). Rather than asking them to wait and complete my order (how long does a toasted sandwich take, 5 minutes?) The lady continued to serve people queuing and as more people joined the queue she continued serving them. I also heard her laughing to someone that she had not yet done my food. After waiting 20 minutes (there was still a queue and we had now finished our drinks ) I asked for my money back to be told it was my fault as I had turned up at the wrong time. I reiterated that I was the first in the queue so she should have let the others wait, to be told she wasn't going to do that and that I now had to wait for my money as she was still serving someone else! This lady needs some training in customer service and the cafe needs more staff. I certainly will not visit again and will tell other people to avoid.

Hi WE took the grandchildren to see santa today and it is the best santa around The boys came out with a great gifts, a great photo, very good value for the money. We got good value for money on fairy lights my daughter was so pleased with them. The garden center look just like a winter wonderland.If you go by at night is just ace to see it with all the fairy liights on it look just like christmas. The garden center was clean and the staff are very helpful and friendley. A great time was had there shopping for christmas Well done all the staff
