My husband and I visited the garden centre for a snack to eat. Good menu. Opted for cheese and ham toasties. Lovely thick bread and lashings of filling, together with side salad and coleslaw. Delicious and good value. Lovely Christmas display in store and gifts and candles. We are not local but we're staying with family nearby. Will definitely be returning though.

I am writing this review, as hardworking staff rarely get compliments, more so complaints and i was so impressed with The service provided by your staff member Callum, i feel i should inform you. I brought my 80yr old father to caerphilly garden centre as we wanted to purchase some goldfish and your range is extensive. My dad is somewhat of a veteran when it comes to keeping goldfish and as with everything, he is very keen and read up on the latest information to prepare the new tank in readiness. Callum was very patient ,taking the time to explain the difference an compatibilities of the fish. He was clearly extremely knowlegeable in his field and put his all into his work. He is a credit to caerphilly garden centre. Our fish are thriving and my dad is pleased. Thank you Callum.

Staff very nice and friendly. Nice variety of products. A real shame you can't take dogs in the restaurant though, as they can go everywhere else in the garden centre.
