Over the years, the Garden Centre has expanded and improved, diversifying into other product lines that our customers have wanted, but the focus still remains on growing and selling plants. Carpenders Park Garden Centre is located in a pleasant open country setting on the outskirts of Watford, Hertfordshire. The nursery was established over 20 years ago.

I too have been using this garden centre for many years now - it is local to me. Today I ordered a BBQ, + gas canister and paid extra for assembly and delivery. It was delivered already assembled and the delivery man turned around to leave. I asked him to connect the gas bottle he brought to the BBQ and turn it on so I know it works and that it has been assembled correctly. His response "not insured to touch gas only doing favour to the Garden Centre" he had been touching gas canister to deliver to me! I called the centre their response was they have a recording of my call earlier today when it was agreed only assembly and delivery. to my understanding anything assembled needs to be commissioned too otherwise how do we know they have assembled correctly? will not be rushing there any time soon - plenty other centres around here!

I have been a customer of this garden centre for a number of years now and find it the best local garden centre in this area. There is always a very large selection of good quality plants for sale at reasonable prices plus very good offers from time to time. If you have any queries, there is always a member of staff nearby to ask and I have always found them to be helpful and knowledgeable.

Just wanted to thank the lady in the flower shop today, I went in to get a memorial urn/ vase to take to my dad's grave, there wasn't any without flowers in it as I was taking it to Ireland and they would get crushed in the suitcase, she took the flowers out and sold it to me without flowers and actually lost money on the sale lovely lady thank you x
