We take pride in being a traditionally plant focused Garden Centre. Not only do we stock a great range of seasonal bedding, perennials, shrubs and trees, we also grow many of them at our own nursery. This means that we can reduce our carbon footprint by lowering plants miles and it also enables us to pass on some fantastic savings to our customers. As well as all that, we also have on hand our resident horticultural gurus who are always happy to anwswer any of your gardening questions.

I often visit this garden centre with my brother. Two years ago he treated me to a figurine from the gift dept which I love. Unfortunately it was recently broken by a delivery man when he delivered a new bed. I was heartbroken and called the garden centre to see if it was possible to replace it. To my dismay it had been discontinued but the lady who works in that dept was really helpful and took the trouble to find the company that supplied it and called me with the details. I just wanted to say a big thank you to her for the efforts and for going the extra mile for me. We will be in again soon as I love this garden centre. Always plenty of beautiful healthy plants on sale and friendly helpful staff.

Hubby shopped on Tuesday and was told to enter receipt number on website to enter a raffle to win £100. I can't find a place to enter receipt number. Not good for someone who isn't tech savvy. Garden centre always looks lovely. Hit and miss with prices and staff. Some good some not so good. Overall a pretty good place to visit

As part of a group of 11 Ladies from a Flower Class in Cardiff we visited today. Very impressed with what was on offer in this Garden Centre. Easy to find . Huge variety of plants on offer in very good condition. Shops , an excellent Farm Shop. So much to see and buy. Lots of parking. A lovely cool Café/Restaurant with good choice of food- the Specials portion size was enormous. I have 2 suggestions to improve service. I wasn't offered a Loyalty card at the till , despite spending over £40- but my friend was - who spent £9.99. Didn't realise that it existed .My friend then offered her Loyalty card at Restaurant and was declined, as she ordered a Toastie , instead of a Sandwich ( that was on special deal). She only realised when came back to table and spotted the ad for the meal deal. Come on Restaurant and Till Staff - today you have let 2 Customers down .
