We take pride in being a traditionally plant focused Garden Centre. Not only do we stock a great range of seasonal bedding, perennials, shrubs and trees, we also grow many of them at our own nursery. This means that we can reduce our carbon footprint by lowering plants miles and it also enables us to pass on some fantastic savings to our customers. As well as all that, we also have on hand our resident horticultural gurus who are always happy to anwswer any of your gardening questions.

Really love the garden centre and the range of plants is great. The staff are particularly friendly and always available to help. On this occasion I feel i must mention Huw who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We are not local but always worth the visit.

We came to the garden centre today for a short visit but we enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed a lot longer. We had fish and chips and peas on a nice hot plate, and it was most enjoyable and a cup of coffee. We stayed so long that we ended up having a pot of tea and a tea cake. We then went to the Farm Shop and had some lovey meat and vegetables. We live in Wenvoe, and we will be back again. All your staff are so friendly and helpful. See you soon

As a customer that spends a lot of money all year around, I am deaply upset that for the 2nd year running u have not sent me or my mother in law an invitation to your Xmas event. We were planning to enjoy a lovely night out at your chepstow garden centre and realised it's gone. If someone could please email me, I would happily give them our barcode numbers and u can see that we currently spend a lot of money in your store. I hope to here from someone soon Mrs Tanya ward

Hi Mrs Ward, Firstly, let us apologise that you feel we have not reached out to you and your mother in law the last few years, this would never be our intention. Would you be able to email us your barcode numbers from your Gardener’s Club Cards so we can investigate the matter. All our members should have received some communication inviting them to our Christmas event, either via a number of emails, an A4 8 page mailer or an A5 postcard.
