We take pride in being a traditionally plant focused Garden Centre. Not only do we stock a great range of seasonal bedding, perennials, shrubs and trees, we also grow many of them at our own nursery. This means that we can reduce our carbon footprint by lowering plants miles and it also enables us to pass on some fantastic savings to our customers. As well as all that, we also have on hand our resident horticultural gurus who are always happy to anwswer any of your gardening questions.

Recently visited the new café ,what has happened! . With all the charm of a works canteen and food to match. We have been coming to Chepstow Garden Centre since it opened about 10 years ago and have enjoyed great food, but this visit was by far the worst meal we have had. Yesterdays baked potato, a spoonful of filling, one cherry tomato, and coleslaw we asked not to have. We wont be eating there again . The plants and shop are still good.

I would like to tell you why i have given this garden center such a good rating my husband and i recently visited the restaurant which has been refurbished to such a high standard we loved every thing about the visit. We were greeted by really friendly staff who just made us feel so welcome, We ordered 2 Lattes which were hot and really tasty. Then we hadn't gone there for lunch but the food looked so tempting we stayed and were very impressed at the quality of the food it was more like restaurant quality than what you would expect from a garden center. Try the fish and chips was the best we have had in a long time. The place was so clean and airy and the best atmosphere (was a little loud) but it didn't put us off we will return soon well done Chepstow garden center

I came to visit the new cafe today and it will be my last visit. The gentleman in front of me was pointing out to the staff that the spray she was using to clean the cake display cabinet was going over the cakes. What he didn't see was the staff pulling faces. Then when I was waiting for my lattes the girl carried on cleaning and yes you could see the spray going all over the food. Also by the coffee machines there was a very dirty tea-towel and it was crawling with flies. I really hope it wasn't used to wipe any cup or dish. Will not go there again.
