We take pride in being a traditionally plant focused Garden Centre. Not only do we stock a great range of seasonal bedding, perennials, shrubs and trees, we also grow many of them at our own nursery. This means that we can reduce our carbon footprint by lowering plants miles and it also enables us to pass on some fantastic savings to our customers. As well as all that, we also have on hand our resident horticultural gurus who are always happy to anwswer any of your gardening questions.

Having given 5 stars for everything, let me explain why! I've seen Chepstow Garden Centre grow over the years (no pun intended) to what is today, in my opinion, the best garden centre for miles. They have lots of fabulous plants to choose from, along with friendly and helpful staff. Introducing the Gardeners Club card and vouchers was brilliant! You can now have a discount on lots of items, which is always a bonus. Well worth a visit.

Now retired we regularly visit garden centres in a wide radius of home, and when travelling we often look for one as a rest stop. Chepstow has, in our opinion, the best restaurant of any we have visited. The food is always fresh, the menu is very varied. Most centres run small variations on a set menu, but Chepstow always has something different including pasta dishes and curries as well as a very decent roast. Food is not kept warm at the counter but comes straight from the kitchen every time. You order and your drinks and food are brought to your table - no waiting in the queue while one person struggles with the till and makes the drink and answers queries! Service is good and friendly, and tables are cleared promptly. There is a separate section for those who want just coffee and cake ; again this cuts down waiting time for service. Overall, eating here is an enjoyable experience, others could learn a lot on how to run a decent restaurant. And the plants are good too .......

I was very happy with Chepstow garden centres online shop, Although I had a little trouble with payment at first, this was sorted out on the phone, I understand their new site will have a little teething trouble at first, Options on home page like Account and orders would help. I will look forward to more shopping here. Cheers
