We take pride in being a traditionally plant focused Garden Centre. Not only do we stock a great range of seasonal bedding, perennials, shrubs and trees, we also grow many of them at our own nursery. This means that we can reduce our carbon footprint by lowering plants miles and it also enables us to pass on some fantastic savings to our customers. As well as all that, we also have on hand our resident horticultural gurus who are always happy to anwswer any of your gardening questions.

We had a lovely time at Santa’s Grotto and on the Chepstow Express yesterday! It was all done so beautifully and the staff were amazing. My granddaughters enjoyed every minute. It was a magical experience for them. Thank you to all involved. I would highly recommend a visit, it’s excellent value for money.

My sister and I took our children to the garden centre to visit Santa's grotto today and as it was our first visit decided to have breakfast there too. Whilst in the que an elf joined in behind us and the children were thrilled. He was very friendly and made them feel very special and got them excited to see Santa. Imagine my intense dismay when I heard the member of staff tell the elf THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO SERVE HIM COFFEE ON ORDER OF THE MANAGER! The elf looked as shocked as I was at this comment. We left soon afterwards without breakfast or visiting the grotto as I could not justify spending money in a place which treated their staff this way. I doubt I'll be returning there any time soon.

Used this store and it’s sister store in Ragland over the last couple of yrs after a experience with Chepstow manager over a last years x/display Christmas tree Priced at £100 and I went to purchase it was told by store manager it could no longer be sold as it was priced wrongly but we could purchase it for £240 this did upset me with priced difference but what really upset me was manager saying someone could have changed price to purchase at a low price when all Christmas trees on display were marked up in same hand wringing same tags and store cameras around store I used to bring my children to this store as they grew up at Xmas for Xmas display area but having felt guilty over a Xmas tree I wanted to purchase and was put on sale wrongly priced by staff will never step foot in their again the money over the years me and my family have spent and even buying a £12000 hot tub from store around their grounds makes me feel angry to the manager if you read this I am one customer who you made feel terrible in store with out custom like me you will soon be out of a job
