Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of plants. Aquatic centre could do with more staff. They always seem very busy. Cafe great but often have to wait too long with a hot dish to check out.

I would like to bring to your attention the wrapping of your cheeses the tissue paper that is being used for this is not addequate to keep the cheese moist and fresh it just sticks to the cheese and then falls apart when opening it surely there is a much better quality wrapping that can be used example a heavier waxed paper to keep freshness and flavour. Also the waiting time at pay desk is terrible in restuarant your food and drinks are cold by the time you get seated. Hope something will be done about theese matters especially cheese wrapping. Unhappy customer
