A large garden centre with some good products, but don't believe their promise of a free refund within 28 days. I bought a cordless strimmer on the basis of this promise, which was confirmed by one of their staff (who also sold me the wrong spare blades) but when I wanted to return it they said it had to be unused, so because I't tried it they wouldn't issue a refund. I won't shop there again and would advise others not to.

I live local and have used the garden centre for many years and have always found I can get most things that I need for my garden. Perhaps the only problem would be that the some plants are not always readily available and not always in the best of health. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant and are very pleased to help you if you need advice. Prices also seem to be very competitive with some items being cheaper than I could get them on the internet. This is a great place for browsing - to get ideas and to see what is available. Good cafe to.

On numerous occasions I have asked if I can take my little dog into the store (prior to going in) and on every occasion I have been told yes as long as she is carried. I did the same thing again the other day ringing the store before I arrived and asked if I can take her in the answer given was again yes as long as it is kept on a lead. After being in the store for over half an hour I was approached by a member of staff who said I could not be in the store with the dog. This store is badly organised and the staff need to be singing from the same hymn sheet.
