We have just bought a new puppy and went to Dowtown to purchase everything we needed for her. On entering the store a female assistant approach us and told us the puppy was not allowed in the store unless we were trying something on her. I know stores have to have rules but I think the rule should apply to adult dogs, what harm was a puppy going to do, she was in my arms, we were unable to put her down on the floor as she has not had her second injection yet, and we were just showing her the toys. Our responce to this rude assistant was to tell her "we would take our money and custom elsewhere" and left the store. They don't deserve loyal customer's and I suggest that anyone with a dog to shop elsewhere, I know we certainly wont be going back. We went down into the town and found a lovely pet shop where we and our puppy got a warm welcome and we got everything we needed AND served with a smile.

I have to say, I too have been concerned in the past about the lack of care provided to the aquatic centre, staff are unhelpful and prices are far too high. I do not go here anymore.

Awful place if you care about how livestock are kept, The fish that are kept outside are so overloaded in the tanks they are anable to move, the tanks are thick with scum and the fish tanks inside have several dead fish floating around. The staff are rude and when I enquired about the way the fish were kept they were very agressive to me and ganged up together telling me i did not know what i was talking about and i have no idea about the filtration. The worst customer service i have ever had. They were obviously embarassed they couldn't answer the questions i had. As I DO know what I am talking about! Have reported this store for their cruelty.
