Having purchased food and drinks this afternoon (17/2/2018) in cafeteria we found an empty table and attempted to enjoy our purchases. We noticed from the onset that our and other tables, were particularly sticky to the touch and when I tried to move my coffee, the saucer stuck to the table and eventually the large totally filled cup overturned spilling hot liquid all over myself the table and the floor. We requested assistance and a member of your staff who duly arrived with a cloth and cleaned up the mess. There was no offer to wipe away the hot liquid from my clothing or any thought or consideration regarding my own discomfort and there was no mention of replacing the spilled drink. Fortunately the hot liquid did not burn me but a little more consideration would have been appreciated. Not what one would have expected!!!!

My husband and I visited the garden centre today and we visited the cafe too and my husband decided to try the beef burger for Six pounds with bacon and cheese we were told it could take 20 mins but it was actually longer but when it arrived we could see why the long wait because the burger was so flat and burnt you could not cut it never mind eat it so I took it back to the counter and they apologised and said they would bring another replacement over in 2mins well it did take slightly longer but again it was flat but not burnt but again it was so dry and tasteless so might be a good idea to get a new supplier of these burgers and maybe if we come back we might try again .......not a happy customer

Visited for the breakfast with santa and circus 2017. Santa was great, the circus however was shocking my daughter was so bored we left halfway through. Boring.
