I'll happily drive from home in Bradford to visit Hampsons. Their prices cannot be bettered, except for some supermarkets, where variety and quality is not usually to garden centre standard. Plant choice is very good. Comments about the café and the apparent disorganisation are really for people who aren't interested in gardens. If you want to fill up a garden, or start a new one, I can think of no better place - and the pork pies are to die for !

I have been dealing with Hampsons for years and have seen it expand and become more versatile. It is one of my favourite places to spend a day. The variety of plants is amazing and prices are always attractive. Bargains can be had in the "red tag" section but it is the huge range of items which attracts me. I have never come away with a slightly packed trolley, always full with lovely plants. I look forward to many happy years of trading with Hampsons who make my garden so colourful.

We are very unhappy at hampsons garden centre, after visiting yesterday the 24.04.16, we went to the cafe at 2.50pm, looking forward to having a cuppa and a bun, only to be told they had sold out of everything, no hot food, no cakes or buns and it wasn't even 3pm, how dissapointing and riddiculous for a large busy establishment like this, AND on a weekend. I think they need to re access their stock as they are dissapointing their customers. The worse thing was, we had our toddler who was 2 with us, who we told he could have a bun. I asked the young lady at the counter if we bought drinks could i go buy him a bun from the shop to eat with us, while we had our drinks in the cafe, SHE SAID NO, what an awful woman, he is only 2 years old. So we left, and had no drinks and i bought my baby a bun from the shop, Don't you think that is so mean and pathetic, i couldn't buy one from the cafe as they had none left. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN PATHETIC.
