Hi visited your garden centre today for the first time. We were very impressed with the selection of differnet igoods on sale and the realy good reduction on items. The staff very very friednly and helpful. We had already had a coffee at a nother garen centre but had a look into the cafe, the food looked good and plentiful so we will be making a return trip soon to sample the food. We much prefer using independent garden centres and although we do not live near to you we will be maiking a number of return visits.

I visited your garden centre for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I took my 2 young children to your play area and thought it was a really good idea to have the nappy change area very close by. There's a really good selection of toys for children but I have one criticism ... The toys were absolutely filthy. I didn't expect the toys to be spotless but they really do need to have a good clean. That's the only downside to the lovely play area. Please address this so we can visit again to play.

Hi, love your garden center over all but had to score low on service as too many unhelpful student types serving who seem clueless. Also have found same staff unwilling to literally walk half a meter to accomodate me when I have been struggling with young children. for instance - stood at wrong part of servcice counter - no one else waiting but made me go to till....or similar. also lack of loo is dreadful, such a long way to loo's from play areas and cafe...very inconveinent for young, pregant old and young alike. I do try and use you though as prefer independant to big companies and most staff are helpful,and it has a homely feel.
