I always get great customer service at this garden centre. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. Even my dog loves going in for a visit! Had a delivery booked in for today and realised that I needed to add to it, I rang before 9am and my call was answered efficiently and the additional item was added and delivered the same day, so a big thank you!

I came in today with my neighbour to return something that was faulty from the fish centre. We spoke to the manager of that department and I have to say he was the rudest person I have ever come across! My neighbours spent over a £1000 or so on a fish tank and cabinet a few weeks ago, went back to purchase something else which we took back today. He refused to give the money back as he said it was more than 14 days so had to have a credit note! No where does it say in the centre or on the receipt that you only have 14 days!!! She was given a credit note and then they wrote on it that it could only be used in his store and not another branch!!! I will never go back again and due to his extreme rudeness and offishness I will never step foot in the garden centre again!!!! My neighbour was so livid and upset that I drove her to the other side of Crawley where the nearest franchise was and the boys their could not of helped enough, it was definitely doing the 70 mile round trip!!
