I haven't eaten at the restaurant but regularly use the shop, both as a garden centre and as a general store, which has a huge range of goods, and always the service is first class. The staff are very friendly, both the in-house team and the franchisers’. There is also plenty of parking.

Dear Sir/Madam My husband and I visited the Lechlade Garden Centre where we are members and decided to have lunch at the restaurant. The fish was incredible, very light and nicely cooked, but, oh my, the crumble was awful. For some reason these days the crumble seems to be left raw, and therefore instead of a nice firm topping, it is still just the uncooked ingredients. I am sure that this could be improved and I look forward to having a decent, well cooked topping on another visit. Regards Heather Baber

I Was extremely disappointed by my visit here. We took our daughter and thought it would be nice to go and also have lunch. HUGE Mistake. The service was disgusting the food over priced and the quality poor the Staff were just plain Rude. As a business owner myself I would be appalled to have staff behaving in this manner, Where's the customer service??? I have written and complained but they have not even had the decency to reply. I certainly wont be spending my money here again!!!
