Having visited here after driving past for many years we were pleasantly surprised - beautifully set out, added charm with their birds and plenty of choice. We were specifically after one plant and were delighted to find it - reasonable price and it looked great. However - 10 days down the line the plant is almost dead. We have a garden full of plants of the same type - the pot was placed within another pot on top of soil - so good drainage and regular watering. Upon taking the plant back my husband was advised that it looked as if we had sprayed it with something. We never spray any plant . He was also told that all their other similar plants were fine. Well actually all of our plants are fine too - except for this one. If we had purchased from Bridgemere we would have been offered a refund or a replacement - neither of these was offered. We were so disappointed - had honestly thought that this was where we would be buying all of our plants from now on.
