I visited the centre on sunday 19th may and it will be my first and last time. Whilst the actual garden centre was OK ( must admit we had just been to a cmpetitor down the road so this was a BIG disappointment) the attitude of the staff working there is appaling. We had a coffee in the cafe and there was a gentleman who was clearly unwell and another customer asked for someone to call an ambulance - the response "we CANT just call an ambulance we need the duty manager"..... fortunately the mans daughter was on her mobile calling an ambulance otherwise this poor man may not be here to tell the tale. The staff DIDNT want to help and the egg mayo sandwich i ordered took 45 MINUTES to arrive!!!

The coffee came with milk spilt down the cup and on the saucer by a grumpy lady. Who when asked a question just looked blank at me. The hot sausage roll was cold by the time it took to pay for it. The food is highly priced and tastes like bargain basics. I have written a complaint and not received a reply.
