Now is the time to visit our garden centre/garden nursery near Wells in Somerset, UK. We have a large range of Ornamental Trees & Fruit Trees, Roses, Shrubs, Climbers, Soft Fruit and hardy Alpines and Perennials. From early spring we grow thousands of Fuchsias, Geraniums, Basket and Patio plants.

Great garden centre. Fantastic prices. Friendly helpful staff. I recently moved to,Somerset and wouldn't go anywhere else for my plants now. Five star service and products.

This is the garden centre I have been looking for I live in Bristol and the prices at Rocky Mountain are so resonable that to travel down to them is still cheaper than buying from my local centre. The staff are very friendly and certenly know the stuff. That said I did not see any name badges as one member was very helpful in identifying a plant my daughter was after and I would like to have mentioned them. The selection of plants was increadable everything from bedding,claimers,fruiting etc if you can't find here what your looking for then you might not find it, the plants themselves are very healthy and strong. Managed to get the plants we were after and will be returning with family at the end of the mounth for more keep up the excellent work. The cafe, the service was friendly polite and quick***** The food we had scones and sausage roll ***** The scones were a little dry for my taste that why the four stars

My daughter moved to BANES 10 years ago. Her garden needed a makeover. A builder built a wall round the back garden and she let me loose on it to 'landscape' it. She had come across Rocky Mountain Nursery by accident and was eager to show it to me. I live in Sotland and I visit it every time I come down to visit her. The nursery sells a wonderful range of shrubs and trees, many that are not normally found in the 'big' garden centres. The prices are so competitive we have lunch in the cafe. We started off with evergreen shrubs and then filled in with deciduous ones. Then as the plants grew we were able to add perennials and climbers. The staff are very knowledgable and can help us find a plant even if we do not know the name. A descrition of a grey leaved tree with flowers smelling of pineapples was enough to get us what we were after. We took her children down and the 4 year old grew tomatoes, potatoes, peas and beans at her first attempt. She is now in the school gardening club. .
