Went in on Saturday to buy paving. They didn't know the delivery charge so told us they'd call us back on monday. Didn't call, after chasing after them for 2 days the paving price has now risen by £40 because they don't have it in stock (after being told on Saturday they could order it for us at that price). Shouldn't be down to us to pay extra if you don't have it in stock. Being told different things by different staff. You shouldn't be advertising something at a sale price if you're unable to honour that price. And now being told that if another customer makes an order we can have it at that price but have to wait until saturday to find out! We would have happily ordered last Saturday but now feel like we've been messed about.

I'm very pleased with Rutland. They have great staff and always a selection of nice special plants. It's a pleasure shopping there and they provide a lot of tips on their website which is very helpful for me as i am not an experienced gardener at all!
