We found this lovely place on our travels today ,we have never heard of this lovely place. we will be back plants are really healthy and the food in the cafe was to die for prices really good i will be spreading the word. Thank you will see you soon. BRENDA

This is concerning Sally's Tea Room. Staff struggling to cope. Food being taken out to tented extension to then be brought back in to check table number because they went to wrong table. Everything seemed SLAP DASHED and with a matter of fact attitude. Thankfully, we had eaten before we popped in there. We only wanted drinks. One pot of tea and cold drink with a glass. Took the cup back as it was dirty, told they THINK coffee or something must have leaked over it, gave me a clean cup. Whilst drinking from glass the INSIDE of the rim was chipped and sharp. Told and showed (the manager of Cafe?) explained how it was pure chance I hadn't drunk from that side and also taking WARFARIN (BLOOD THINNING DRUG) how dangerous it could be if I had cut inside my mouth and told well they can't check every glass. The table dirty, the service is basic, the care of food or customers just enough for appearances. There are other places to eat and drink MUCH CLEANER, BETTER SERVICE and CARE.
