We ordered a garden seat in late December and paid for it in full. We were told that it would be a couple of weeks for delivery due to Christmas. That was OK as it was a birthday present for late February. I heard. Nothing more from them and when I rang I was told that first the manager would ring back, which they didn't, and then when I rang again, that though this was now the second week in February they had no intention of even placing the order until last week for a delivery some time in March! The person I spoke to said they had been told that we knew the delivery time, which was not the case. So, no call back to tell me when the delivery micght actually happen, lied to, and no seat. I am cancelling the order and will order elsewhere,, and no birthday present on the day. Will not be buying from them again.

O.K service and high standards. Overall a nice place to be. Despite this there is no online version of the menu which is annoying.

The cafe itself is very clean and you are given a warm welcome by Keenka and her team. There is a lovely selection of foods to eat - I always recommend the soup! And then a tasty selection of cakes. They have a good variety of gluten free options available too. Coffee is very good! I go here regularly and can't recommend it enough - you won't be disappointed.
