I went to Thurrock Garden Centre today,and must say what a beautiful place.Inside they have plenty of gift products ranging from candles to crockery as well as some lovely water features.The store was very clean and organised with plenty of space to move around without feeling squashed in.Then you step outside and its huge....all the plants are laid out perfectly in their groups(herbs,trees,shrubs etc),and it was a delight to walk around and look at it all.There is also a café with a nice big seating area,inside and out. The store has a great parking area as well as toilets,and the staff I saw seemed happy to be working there. I would say if you are going to visit the store,then make sure you have plenty of time,as there is so much to look at you wont want to rush. I will definitely be going back,and recommend the shop to everyone.

I have only been to this garden centre a few times but always received a a fast friendly service. On this day i can only say the best service i have ever received.. my heating broke and we was left in the cold with a six week old baby. i went into the garden centre to buy a gas heater but on getting it home i found it had a smell of gas when being used. i took this back the next day, and even though it had been used for a few hours they were very quick to offer a full refund. even refunding the gas bottle. i would highly recommend this garden centre for all your needs you will not receive a better service. Thank you Thurrock Garden Centre
