I went to tong garden centre, thinking that it would be easy to buy some plant pots and saucers, how wrong I was. There was some nice pots but no saucers to go with them. Eventually I got to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about but I was then told I would have to wait for the sales rep to come so the saucers could be ordered. Weeks later and numerous phone calls later, I still don't have what I wanted. The service was ridiculous, I was told that I would be contacted but never was. So now I have managed to find what I want from somewhere else. I can honestly say that I won't be going tong garden centre again.

I am a regular visitor to Tong as it's not far from where I live. During many years this company had many up's and down's but recently you can tell that they are definitely up. There is some improvements around the store and you can see that they are trying to make some chances. Recently the quality of food served in the Cafe improved a lot, bit of a waiting time during rush hours but well worth it.
