Love coming to the garden centre and do so quite often, but lately the number of trollies and containers left by your staff with items to go on the self is growing all the time, and it was not trollies left while someone went to the loo. There must have been over seven trollies left I various parts of the shop plus a large container. One this is a hazard to your customers and if there was not a member of staff with that trolley and someone bumped into or tripped on it the HSE are getting very hot now. Also it looks untidy and seems as though don't give a dam as long as we get paid at the end of the day and I leave work on time. Time to go home hell to it someone can finish it off, but do they.

I had phoned ahead to ensure you had an item in stock as you are 28 miles from me. This was confirmed. I also asked if you did a price match as I had seen the item some £8 cheaper. This was also confirmed with the proviso that I bring proof. Upon attending reception I had a somewhat frosty conversation, where the website details were examined and then the exact part number and suitability scrutinised until nothing else could be found to thwart my purchase. I returned to pay for the item 45 minutes later to be gleefully informed that due to the delivery cost shown, that, no you would not now price match. (The delivery would have been free with the other items I was about to order from this internet company.) I tried to reason for a few minutes but was assured that the answer was a terse, no. And, do you know, it was only a £100 Weber BBQ cover (for the £1,000 BBQ we purchased from you 3 years ago). Stunned at the attitude I quietly left. I had lost that little battle. But, over the

Made a trip there yesterday to get some fencing, dint have enough someone took my number and said they would ring back yesterday still nobody's has rang. Appauling customer service will not be going here again
