Pyle Garden Centre was reopened in March 2012 by the First Minister, Carwyn Jones and the ribbon was cut by Derek Brockway, BBC’s iconic weather forecaster. Since that date, there have many additions to make sure that it simply isn’t just a Garden Centre. The James brothers, who have taken their father’s legacy to dizzying heights, all want visitors to treat the Centre as a mecca for gardeners, but also a shopping and leisure destination for all the family to visit.

My main issue was with prices. Offers are few and far between, and the offers that did exist were by no means a bargain. The products available were good and you could see the stock is generally of a high quality. Unfortunately, you went a bit mad with the Christmas. Please don't forget that you're a garden centre, not a gift shop! Very poor selection of garden products, hence why I've had to give 3* for products. Your saving grace were your knowledgeable and friendly staff (apart from the manager who made my wife uncomfortable). Everyone else was extremely nice. Lovely till staff (Natasha and Holly) and the chap who is actually a student at my uni was extremely happy to help and gave us some excellent ideas for our garden. On the whole, I will come back but not till spring when you've put a bit more emphasis on the gardening side of things. Could be better but you are new business I suppose!

Excellent garden centre. Bought all our items for our new garden from here as the service was excellent, price good and selection was good quality and well displayed. Went to a lot of garden centres looking for stuff but when we got here realised it was a cut above, as the others had poor displays and selections but more importantly for us very poor customer service and advice. Will only go here from now on as no need to go anywhere else.

Although I would like to see some more variety in the indoor section such as garden related ornaments etc, I still enjoy visiting regularly and seeing how it is developing. Since the opening days it has grown considerably and improved. The staff are friendly and helpful and I have always managed to get what I wanted. Looking forward to seeing the christmas selection. I must agree though that some air conditioning is needed badly for those warmer days.
