We visited Yeovil store today. It looks like a Santa's grotto full of Christmas decorations that we neither needed nor wanted. The store did not have what we did want and all products seem pricey. I used to like this store, I will not be going there again.

I visited Brimsmore Garden Centre for the first time today. I walked there, and it was very easy to get to, and although I didn't need to park, there was lots of room for car parking.
The garden centre also boasts a wonderful natural foods shop and cafe. They sell fresh bread, fresh farm eggs, local cheeses and pastries and all sorts of jars of pickles and sauces, chocolates and gifts.
The garden centre has everything you need! I didn't go for anything specific, but I ended up buying a lovely house plant for my living room - it looks lovely trailing from the top of my bookshelf! They have the most fantastic selection of potato varieties - I will be going back to buy my potatoes for my famous mash! I'll get the exact variety that I need. Garden equipment, outdoor plants, indoor plants; a beautiful display of orchids.
The staff were very helpful and there were a good number of them so there was always someone to ask questions of.
I highly recommend Brimsmore!
