Customer service was very poor
Travel 20 miles after seeing water feature online on narey garden centres website for £79.99 found the same one at centre for £89.99 told this was the price in a very rude way that we don’t sell online. Then told delivery charge online was £10 so same price?
Asked if we could open the box to check components was told by the manager why would you want to do that everything is in there (maybe didn’t want 40 mile round trip if anything missing Felt intimidated to check whether it was actually working) was also last one & discontinued so still not sure why advertised price not honoured
Wife & myself working with retail customers would never treat customers in such a poor way was planning on buying plants, compost & stone chipping here went up the road to roots n shoots felt experience was so much better & appreciate

Bought beautiful plants for my pots great value for money also sell the best hanging baskets anywhere would recommend you have a look around. Very friendly helpful staff. I know people will say you can buy cheaper from supermarkets but the quality is not as good as you get from nareys.

Very helpful staff with lots of information to pass on to a complete amateur like me they recommended the best plants for my type of garden and soil .would highly recommend them I if you want help and quality products
