Visited on Friday 27th September, found the staff to be helpful. Had to use one of the wheelchairs but the tyres were almost bald and badly needed pumping up, we didn't find this out until we had set off round the outside area. So would be helpful if they were maintained to a better standard. I do appreciate the use of a wheelchair but really hard work if not maintained properly. We had afternoon tea in the tea room which was very nice and thought the outside play area was top class. good place to visit with plenty of variety in the shop and garden centre.
