Visited Brick kiln for plants before but today we received very poor service from an assistant in the garden furniture section. My wife approached a thin white haired man, ironically wearing a tee shirt with the slogan 'Can I Help'. We simply asked if it would be ok to remove a parasol cover from its protective zip bag to determine if it would fit our parosol. His response took both of us by surprise with an assertive 'NO, these are impossible to get back into the cases and once opened, you have to buy it!'. We replied that it was just to help see if it would fit our parosol. He then snatched the cover off my wife and abruptly walked it back to the shelf! We looked at each other in shock at the rude mans actions! The cover states that it comes in a reusable bag and the grumpy assistant did nothing to help. 30 mins later, we bought a fire pit which a kind female assistant helped. I think she phoned Chris to collect it and the grumpy man brought it to us - in a damaged badly taped box!!

Brick kiln is very easy to reach just off the A259 with a large parking area at the front. Very good on price and with I found very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The layout was good and it was easy to find the plant that I was looking for which other Garden centres did not have. All in all a great experience

Fantastic garden centre, cheap but good quality, I don't know what garden centre some of the reviews have gone to but as for not a plant centre the first thing you walk into is the very large bedding plant tunnel did these people walk round with there eyes shut!!!!! staff are really pleasant a lot better than any other centre I have ever been to also the only centre around to offer product to car service. If you like your garden defiantly worth going into as staff are very knowledgeable, products are priced very well and the quality out does any other centre within the area, I have shopped them all and this is what I have found great job guys I will be back.
