I visited Buford garden company in May and spent in excess of £400 on perennials and bushes. I was very pleased with the variety available. After planting the next day, two of the bushes, however, went downhill very quickly, losing many leaves and the flowers quickly turning brown and dying, despite correct positioning and regular watering. I emailed them with a description of the problem and received a prompt reply asking for photos, which I submitted on the same day. After that, I never heard back and, despite phone calls, received no further communication. Burford garden company boasts a very impressive ten year guarantee on their plants but, where communication is poor and no resolution is reached, that means nothing. I'm most disappointed.
