The Garden Centre has been trading since 1983, and remains an important business set within the historic market town, Horncastle. Supported by the 120 hectare nursery, many of the plants, trees and shrubs sold in the Garden Centre are home-grown.

Visited again today with 2 other people to look around, buy a couple of gifts and check out their garden furniture and plants Garden furniture and plants were great as were gifts Garden and shop staff were helpful and polite At 11.30 on ordering meals we were told the meals were served after 12 but I asked if we could order and pay which we did We bought drinks and sat down to look at the garden furniture catalogues One friend asked if we had the over 60 deal and we were told that was only available if we had ordered after 12 although it was the same food The man who served use was extremely off hand and curt but the young female behind the counter was pleasant and polite Perhaps the pricing policy should be made clearer

Submitted and paid for an order on their website. A few days later received an email saying my product was out of stock and aksing what I wanted to do. They didn't bother to mention when the item would be back in stock or what elso they could substitute. I emailed back requesting the above information and never received a reply. Of course they still have my money so I shall have to go through the hassle of getting my money back from Paypal. Will never deal wth them again!
