I visited the Willington branch today. I was charged incorrectly. I realised this when I at my car. I did not want to have to carry the items back to the customer care desk, I spoke to the woman on the desk and she told me they need the item to verify the mistake, I offered to go to the near by shelf where there were more, she refused I had to go back to my car in poor weather to go back to her. I felt disrespected as she could have trusted what I had told her. I asked to speak to the manager, when she called him she turned her back on me and whispered the words 'I did not trust him'. The Manager then sided with her, she now denied saying this although I had heard it and she did make we bring back the over charged products back instead of trusting me. I will think twice about making purchases in that store again, the manager colluded with her, his customer care skills were worse than hers. I would complain but no complaints process on the web site, surprise. I think not.

On the 22nd Dec. 2017 I bought my eight year old granddaughter for afternoon tea as a Christmas treat. It certainly was not what i expected. No Christmas atmosphere , food poor, it was the end of the day (4pm) could have been the reason A waste of time and money.
