Made an order online 13 September time including home delivery. Been awaiting for item and nothing. Contacted the business today to be told "SALE ITEMS ARE COLLECTION ONLY AND ORDER IS THERE WAITING FOR ME" 1) I OPTED FOR HOME DELIVERY ON THE ORDER AS IT WAS AVAILABLE TO ME! 2) NO COMMUNICATION FROM BUSINESS TO SAY ORDER HAD BEEN PROCESSED AWAITING COLLECTION WHAT A COMPLETE POOR EXPERIENCE FROM THESE LOT. I KNOW I SHALL NOT BE USING THESE AGAIN LET ALONE VISITING OR GIVE POSITIVE REVIEWS TO ANYONE REGARDING GARDEN KING. SECOND RATED SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND POOR COOMUNICATION. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Lovely walk round today and some bargains bought - joined the over 60s for future bargains. New shop area is lovely and am looking forward to restaurant/coffee shop coming later in year (hope it’s dog friendly) but coffee lovely surrounded by the plants today x

Visited my favorite garden centre this afternoon,very impressed with the transformation taking place ,we did the woodland walk it was beautiful and completely free such a kind gesture x
