Good garden centre and have been here many times. But, due to the 'virus', not so good. None of the staff bother wearing masks (nor some of the customers in the shop). Us wearing masks apparently only protects other people (staff), but them not wearing them doesn't protect us! So as most businesses do have staff wearing masks, we shall not be coming back here until this policy is changed.

Our daughter bought us some garden vouchers as a gift. They did not stamp them. When we went to use them they refused to take them as they were not stamped. I had to get in touch with the voucher suppliers who validated them. We had been regular customers at this garden centre and they would not out of goodwill even let us use them. We had spent a lot of money with them over the years and felt thoroughly let down.

have been going here many years use to take my elderly mum in wheel chair allways welcomed nice little centre lovely selection of plants at very reasonable prices much more enjoyable than those big garden centres with extortionate prices quality of plants very good nice relaxed trip out recommended
