This garden centre has lots of stock, good selection of tools, household items and garden materials Sadly let down by members of staff. Very rude. I was today overcharged, i asked when it was tilled in was it correct, i was told yes, i queried it again and told yes it was correct, i have a loss of hearing so wasn't certain how much the lady said. It was when i paid on saw the amount on my receipt. I waited for the till next to where i paid to finish serving, the till i paid on had a queue. I explained i had been overcharged, i had 3 items, £1.59, 99p and 34p, i had my receipt and said the item at £1.59 had been put through at £1.99 by mistake, it was quite plain to see has items were clearly ticketed. I aas told i would have to wait to check on the till what had gone through??? There seemed a problem in working how much i had been overcharged?? I said it is 40p, the item at £1.59 was charged at £1.99?? I was then told i would have to have a credit note!!! I said surely as the mistake was theirs i had asked twice before paying, if it was correct and told it was!!! Because i questioned the woman speaking to me she quite rudely said had i finished and it was a credit note i would get!!?? I find the staff here very rude, they made the mistake yet i get a stupid credit note all for 40p and she was rude

Visited the shop this week with my elderly Mother, and she wanted to buy compost for planting potatoes. Went to the tills to pay, and was served by a very rude, inpatient member of staff by the name of Sharon. My Mother has sworn she will never visit the centre again due to Sharon’s appruptness. My Mother had to take a credit note for £1.00 which is totally against the customers rights. Shocking .
