Great garden centre Cafe was awful , Luke warm food , grumpy, ignorant staff , the young girl serving us was more interested in playing with her hair then carrying plates of food to customers !! One waitress had so much make up on and huge false eyelashes she looked like she was going out for the evening not to work ; maybe that’s why she was grumpy and afraid to smile in case it ruined her face !! Will not be visiting again

Gardening tips and advice - See Annie An absolute gem!!!! Having planned our new garden and researched far too many plants, I felt overwhelmed by it all. Enter Annie - I don't know what I would have done without her help and advice. Steering us in the right direction, she listened to both my husband's wishes and mine for our new garden layout and came up with a great selection of flowering and architectural shrubs. I have no hesitation in recommending Trebroth Garden Centre especially Annie - she is an absolute star!!!!

When at our caravan we always call in either for items we need or to eat in the cafe...however on Thursday we called in for lunch and were quite taken back at how rude and un helpful the counter staff were...no manners or eye contact except for the lad across the the counter who she had time for and actually sat with him later! we had to wait 25 mins for two bowls of soup,. When we asked the older lady about them so went into the kitchen and brought them immediately to us apologising for the delay. We wouldn't have minded the wait if they were busy. Can only hope it temporary staff and gets better for summer. Not the usual service as other people said also.
