This refers to Harrow Garden Centre at Headstone Lane, which I can't find on your web pages. I need a replacement Butane/{Propane canister for a GoSystem Weed Burner WB2012. Wyevale stocks the burner but has no gas canisters. I was directed there by the manufacturers of GoSystem. Wyevale couldn't explain why they have no canisters, or how they expect to sell the burners without them. This strikes me as idiotic. WB1012 is an excellent gadget and deserves better than this.

I am absolutely fed up of being charged incorrectly at every Wyevale centre I purchase from. The one in Thornbury is the worse though. I have never been charged the correct price and always end up querying the bill or going back. The problem seems to be worse when buying reduced items (which aren't reduced at the till), and the fact that some reductions are calculated at the end (on the receipt) , some as the items go through. Every time I complain, I am promised it won't happen again, but sadly it does, beginning to think I should shop elsewhere!
