Took my mam to the Carlisle garden centre today. Extortionate prices for coffee which was lukewarm, cake(obviously frozen) at nearly 4 quid a slice was dry . Cobwebs,dirty skirting boards and walls. When told about it we just got an "Oh alright" cant believe they get away with this. Wont be going back.

This Garden Centre was once a very long timed ago good!!!! We ordered pizza today which was absolutely awful I truly believe if we had went into the kitchen there would have been two five year olds with hands covered in tomato sauce. No offence to the pizza making skills of five year olds but this was awful thick base cheddar cheese(exactly) and tomatoes cut and placed on top burnt crust truly terrible!!!'and the place was filthy Avoid!

Was in the store with my daughter today and as usual we enjoyed walking around looking at all the plants ect. After our walk around we ended up in the restaurant which was really busy we just had drinks and scones which were very gaggy and dry as usual obviously not homemade and done from a scone mix!!. Also we had been outside to see the animals before going into the restaurant and there was a girl clearing away after the animals and possibly feeding them, but then the same girl appeared to clear the tables in the restaurant 5 mins later not very hygenic really as she seemed to have the same clothes on.
