plenty of grumpy moaners in this life, we have used dobbies many, many times, and every time we have a meal, no problems, The staff are fantastic, and its a great place to visit. Unlike the southport branch, (we shall never use that branch again, very rude, unhelpfull so get a life, speak and treat the staff as you would like to be treated, they are just like you and i. all in all excellant 10/10.

UNLIKE THE SOUTHPORT BRANCH, (WE SHALL NEVER USE THAT BRANCH AGAIN, VERY RUDE, UNHELPFULL. so get a life, speak and treat the staff as you would like to be treated, they are just like you and i. all in all EXCELLANT 10/10

Whilst i always enjoy visiting the store and the range of products i do not like the attitude of some staff on being asked a question or the staff on the tills. On several occasions staff on the till have handled delicate purchases like bags of concrete. In the same manner when asked if a member of staff could assist I have been told there was no one available. If I am to continue visiting and buying from this store in which I have spent hundreds of pounds, I would like to see an improvement or I will take my custom elsewhere. This would seem to be a common complaint among people i have spoken to but i am not one to listen to others comments and give everyone the chance to prove them wrong. Disappointed.
