Visited atherstone on 1st july and i couldnt fault anything with the wonderful service i got from start to finish. It was my 1st visit on my husbands birthday and i wantesd to buy him a nice few presents. The minute we arrived we got greeted by smiling staff with eye contact, the shelves were stocked neatly with colourful well thought out displays, the aisles were clear and clean. we got all we needed and then refreshed with tea and cakes in the restaurant where the staff there were equally helpful. This is a wonderful place and all credit to the managers who have made it possible. going to enter your competition now. This sort of service is very hard to find nowadays but we really had a nice day. Thank you so much and we will be back soon. Visited recently, the store was lovely but some staff were just ignorant and blatantly stood discussing there love life and what they get up to on the dreaded Facebook site, well frankly I thought it was rude.

I went there yesterday and found it very good. I couldn't find the plant I was looking for but on enquiring at the information desk as assistant came within a minute and took me straight to it. The store was very well laid out and attractive with almost everything you could want. There was a separate shop within the store which sold all kinds of meat, veg and deli food. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and the staff very willing and helpful and the coffee was delicious. Only one problem - finding it. As we'd never been there before we followed the signs but missed the entrance. I'd noticed the flower on the sign but with the sunshine hadn't been able to read the rest as the print was in white and didn't stand out very well. The sign inside the site was written in brown and was much clearer. It would have been a pity if we hadn't found it.
