I visited the store this morning and spent £50+ on plants. There were
reductions on plants that were a bit past their best. They had mixed bays of reduced and not reduced plants but that wasn't obvious so my wife picked up a full price clematis then had to go back &swap it for a half price one (they looked exactly the same) All the grow your own plants were half price but I was kept waiting at the till for about 15 mins while they checked the price on one of the herbs (I had 3 &all were same price) Some of the staff were the most miserable and rude I've ever encountered. No apology for the long wait and when my wife pointed out all the gyo were half price the assistant was snappy. At the car I noticed I'd still been charged full price for one of the gyo herbs but we needed to get home so couldn't go back. Not the best experience. Your staff could do with some interpersonal skills training.

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff of your garden department, especially Amy, who went far beyond the "extra mile" to help me. So nice to see that in this day and age, when many older people criticise our young people.
Thank you Amy, with your attitude to life and your work ethic you will be very successful.
