I visite queens road b&q quite a lot one for wood and to look in at the garden section. I was looking around at the plants although am a novice and tend to struggle knowing what’s what as I don’t think the directions on the plants give u enough information . But I am pleased to say that a gentleman who worked in that Section was only to pleased to stop from his work and answer all my questions And anything else i wanted to know. He was extremely helpful knowledgable and went above and beyond I am ever so grateful for all ur help rob thank you . Hope to see u again if I need help

Good morning I purchased a length of MDF that I wanted cutting to size.... The chap who was working the saw in your branch cut the first piece of wood and dropped it taking a chunk off the corner.... I told him it did not matter as I was cutting the wood down anyway.... When he cut the first three cuts he then told me there was not enough wood left for the last cut and said it was MY FAULT for not knowing that the saw takes 4mm for each cut .... There are no signs stating this.... He was really ignorant towards me and told me even after damaging the first cut that I would have to buy another length of wood.... I am sure you train your staff better than this..... I tried to make my boxing in when I got home but could not get it to fit correctly....

I think they have a good range for the garden. A good selection. Prices could be slightly cheaper,but I love looking about,as it gives me ideas to do in my garden. Service is good,but would be better if more people was about in the gardening area to help.
