We have just visited the warrington store with the intention of buying a christmas tree and all the trimmings. Found tree and some of what we wanted and then decided to buy a couple of large house plants with decorative pots. Grand total £250.
Sadly came out of the store empy handed having left all tiems in the trolley at the front of the store -reason- no checkout tills, two self service both of which were on a go slow with a single assistant trying to speed up the process, no facility for assistance with checking out items, I have no intention of lifting and shifting and working so that I can give the store money. Appalling customer service in fact no servcie at all hope lots of other people do what we did, we will be going elsewhere for our christmas cheer as there is precious little in this store Ba Humbug.
Plesae don't say I should have asked for assistance, staff should be available on hand ready and waiting. Bents here we come.
